About
Please read how to prepare for your eyelash appointment below, along with the policy (at the bottom of the page) ENTIRELY before booking. Read REMINDER email for post care instructions and directions to my suite. (To get in contact please TEXT, Don’t Call and NO DM’s) WHAT TO KNOW: ALLERGIES: Are you susceptible to allergic reactions and unsure about booking? I recommend booking an allergy patch test at least 24 hours before booking an actual appointment. An allergic reaction is your body's natural way of fighting off foreign substances. In cases where you still get a minor reaction, cold compress with an ice pack and contact your primary care physician. LASHES Refer to Follow up email after your service has been completed for after care instructions LASH SHED: The average person has 60-120 lashes per eye and sheds about 2-3 lashes daily. That means you can shed up to 21 lashes a week. This is why it's important to get your lash fills every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full. Remember that every clients shedding cycle is different. Some clients may have to get a fill sooner than others. I cannot stress enough how important it is to wash your lashes DAILY, especially during hot seasons, with a lash soap ONLY. We go through lash shed the first couple of weeks into Spring & the first couple weeks into Fall, so making sure you keep them clean is essential. To help combat the effects of seasonal change lash shed you need to wash lashes more often, book quick fills or book a set that is fuller than your usual, and hang out tight until temperatures go back to normal. You won't always be guaranteed the exact set you pick. We all have different natural lash curls, fullness, eve shapes, etc. Consulting with your lash tech is highly recommended to get the desired look you want HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT DON’T WEAR CONTACT LENSES Glasses day! We recommend taking your contact lenses out before your lash extension service since your eyes will be closed for a while and no one loves a dry eye DO WEAR COMFY CLOTHES DON’T DRINK COFFEE Caffeine can make it difficult to keep still during your appointment—no one wants a fluttery eye during a lash service! DO BRING SOMETHING TO RELAX DON’T WEAR MAKEUP It’s important you arrive to your appointment with a clean face. This also means no lash curling beforehand. Be sure to remove all eye makeup and avoid applying creams or oils on and around your eye area. This lets your stylist quickly prep your lashes for your service. Avoid Using Oil-Based Products On and Around the Eyes Prior to Your Appointment. LASHES MAY NOT BE FOR ME IF I: Pick my lashes Have a lot of lash gaps Have hormonal imbalances Have excessively oily skin Sleep on my face Have a cold or flu Have an eye disease/infection HAPPY BOOKING ❤️ SCROLL DOWN FOR GUIDELINES & POLICY !Business Hours

REMINDER:
All first time clients MUST fill out the consent form to get serviced. The latest it can be completed is the day before your appointment at midnight in order to be considered booked. If you fail to do so, a reminder email will be sent out to you. If you fail to do so again, your appointment will be cancelled.
There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a $5 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment is unfortunately cancelled. It will be canceled because after 15 minutes you are cutting down your appointment time and will be doing yourself and the next client an injustice by having your technician rush.
If you are sick, PLEASE reschedule your appointment. I will unfortunately have no choice but to turn you away. This is my only job and if I get sick I don’t get paid to be on sick leave. Even if your sickness is coming to an end, I will not take you.
I do not provide refunds under any circumstances so please allow me to fix anything while you're still at your appointment. Any faults or fall out found before 48 hours will be eligible for a touch up.
Anything found after 48 hours will be considered a "Quick Fill". To avoid premature fallout make sure you are coming to your appointment with a freshly washed face, makeup and product free and following after care instructions. Refer to reminder email (which would have been sent right before your service has started) for after care instructions.
ABSOLUTELY NO MAKE UP to appointment. If you show up with make up. You'll have to book a "Quick Fill” in the case of premature fall out.
